Vacation in the Dolomites

Discover the unspoilt natural landscape of the Dolomiti Superski area in winter, enjoy pleasant spring days, spend an active summer holiday or experience the colorful autumn season in the idyllic mountain village of Laion and its surroundings

The given prices are plus 1,75 € (from 2024 2,40 €) local tourist tax per person and day (from the age of 14 up).

The prices are for 2 persons per night for a minimum stay of 4 nights. For short stays we charge a surcharge of 10%.
For each additional person we charge a surcharge of 25,00 Euro per day. Children up to 3 years (0 - 2,99 years) are free of charge. Cribs with bed linen are provided at 35,00 Euro per stay incl. bed linen. There is a possibility to put an extra bed in the bedroom or use the couch in the living room as a sofa bed.

Our Natural Wood appartements in Laion, at the entrance to Val Gardena, have a fully equipped kitchen block with a glass ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and cosy seats in Tyrolean style. The spacious appartements are all equipped with wooden balconies and matching seating furniture. The price includes, of course, towels and bedlinen as well as the final cleaning. We offer our valued guests daily milk and bread service as well as free WLAN throughout the house. You can park your car, motorbike or bicycle free of charge in our underground car park. There is also a free lockable ski depot for your ski equipment and on our beautiful terrace with meadow and fascinating view of the surrounding mountains of South Tyrol you have the possibility to relax.

Reservation
Only reservations with a prepayment of 30% are binding.

Cancellation
Before the start of your trip something can happen, with our cancellation insurance you are financially protected. If you cancel a booked stay late or not at all, or cancel it early, cancellation fees can be charged according to EU standards:
In case of cancellation within the last 3 months the deposit will not be refunded. However, if the period can be refilled, we will gladly offer a transfer to a later date. In case of cancellation within the last 4 weeks a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount booked will be charged, within the last week, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount.
To keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we recommend you to take out the “Roter Hahn” Cancellation Insurance, so that these expenses will be covered for you by the European Travel Insurance.

Check in: from 2:00 p.m.
Check out: until 10:00 a.m.

Mode of payment:
We are happy to accept your payment in cash or as an advance payment by bank transfer.

On request you are welcome to bring your pet. For this we charge 12,00 Euro per day.
Please let us know on your arrival, if there are any wishes regarding further pillows, woollen blankets etc.,
we will do our best to make you feel at home.
